Our Heritage
This is more than a viewpoint – it’s a place of history.
At Christmas Pass, a statue of Kingsley Fairbridge (1885–1924) once stood, unveiled in 1953 by Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother. From this very spot, Fairbridge dreamed of bringing education and opportunity to underprivileged children – a vision that led to the Fairbridge Farm Schools across the world.
